She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Hung Vuong University, Vietnam, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from Foreign Trade University, Vietnam, providing her with a solid foundation in communication and international business strategy.
She began her career in administrative and coordination roles within hospitality and oil & gas organizations, including Rang Dong Orange Court, Inter Oil & Gas Co., Ltd., and ONGC Videsh Limited, where she gained experience in managing operations, contracts, and international stakeholder engagement. She later transitioned into the healthcare-focused NGO sector with Handicap International, where she coordinated health programs and strengthened her understanding of medical systems and regulatory environments.
Ms. Hoang subsequently advanced into leadership roles in the hospitality sector as Director and later Director & Shareholder of Anh Phuong Hotel Services Company Limited, where she led business development, financial management, and operational strategy. Since 2024, she has been serving as CEO of Optheye Tech Inc., where she leads strategic direction, innovation, and growth. Her diverse background, combining healthcare exposure and business leadership, enables her to effectively drive the company’s mission in advancing ophthalmic technology solutions.
Thi Bich Thao Pham
Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Thi Bich Thao Pham is the Chief Operations Officer with over 12 years of experience in hospitality, restaurant management, and business operations. She has a strong track record in operational strategy, business scaling, and performance optimization, supported by hands-on entrepreneurial experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University, Vietnam, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management.
She began her career at Azumaya Hotel Company Limited, where she progressed from Assistant Manager to Restaurant Manager, overseeing operations, improving performance, and implementing staff training programs. Building on this experience, she established and managed her own restaurant business, where she developed expertise in facility management, customer experience, and business strategy.
Ms. Pham further expanded her operational capabilities as Manager at Cohas Vietnam Company Limited, where she oversaw organizational processes, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. She later founded Thien Restaurant, successfully leveraging digital marketing and technology to drive business growth. Since 2024, she has been serving as COO of Optheye Tech Inc., where she oversees daily operations, process optimization, and organizational efficiency, supporting the company’s growth in the healthcare technology sector.
Thi Thu Hien Nguyen
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Thi Thu Hien Nguyen is the Chief Medical Officer and an accomplished ophthalmologist with over 13 years of experience in clinical practice, medical research, and healthcare innovation. She holds a Medical Doctor degree from Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy, a Resident Doctor degree and PhD in Ophthalmology from Hanoi Medical University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language. Her multidisciplinary education has equipped her with strong clinical expertise and communication skills.
She began her career at the Vietnam National Eye Hospital, where she developed extensive experience in patient care and surgical procedures. She continues to serve as an Ophthalmologist at the hospital, contributing to clinical excellence and collaborative patient treatment.
In parallel, she has held academic roles as a Lecturer at Hanoi Medical University and Thai Nguyen University, where she teaches, mentors students, and conducts research in ophthalmology. Dr. Nguyen is also an entrepreneur, having established a specialty eye clinic where she oversees operations, clinical workflows, and patient services. She currently holds leadership roles in medical organizations, demonstrating strong capabilities in healthcare management and governance.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Foreign Trade from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and a Master of Management from Université Libre de Bruxelles (Solvay Business School).
She began her career at Chinfon Cement Corporation, where she developed experience in operations and quality management. She later joined Vietnam Tobacco Import Export Company, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Deputy Director, overseeing international market expansion and managing complex global operations. Her experience in navigating cross-border trade and building strategic partnerships has been instrumental in her career.
Since 2024, she has been serving as Chief Business Development Officer at Optheye Tech Inc., where she leads market expansion strategies, partnership development, and global growth initiatives. She later worked at VPBank and Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB), where she focused on risk policy development, performance analysis, and operational efficiency.
Currently, she serves as Customer Portfolio Manager at MB Shinsei Finance, leading data-driven strategies for customer growth and profitability. Since 2024, she has been serving as CFO of Optheye Tech Inc., where she oversees financial strategy, governance, and performance management. Her strong analytical skills and leadership experience enable her to support sustainable growth and financial stability for the organization.
